  • Free from makeup stains, odors, or any signs of use

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery will not be accepted.

3. Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items

Our business address is not a return address.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be eligible for a refund.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
